      Will sleep medicine mess up dream recall?

      I was woundering if taking some sort of sleep medicine would mess up your dream call for example, if you take lunesta and fall alseep, will it make you have a less vivd dream because it makes you sleep deeper?

      It may.. sometimes sleeping aids can suppress REM or your dream recall. It may affect some people more than others though.

      If sleep is that much of a problem that you need to take them, I think that sleeping and remembering them hazily is better then not sleeping and remembering none.
