      Question Lost my dream recall

So I started here just over two weeks ago now, When I first started my dream recall when from almost nothing to about 2 dreams a night... about last weekend I started to remember only one per night and now I can't seem to remember any of them. Anyone know why that would happen? What can I do?

      Thanks!

      I suggest to:

-Get enough sleep... if I go in bed at 1-2 am it's harder to recall dreams.

-When you wake up try to keep eyes closed and don't move. If you still can't remember anything after a while try to go thru a list of words or dream sings (for example: school, friend, work, car, house, .....), just say these words in your mind and if you were dreaming about any of those things you will instantly remember what the dream was.

-Keep dream journal all the time, every night. It was hard for me from beginning and some days I just didn't feel like doing it... But now it's so automatic that I really do write down dreams every single night.

I started dream journal about 4 months ago... Before I could barely remember 1 dream per week.

Now I can pretty much remember 3-4 dreams a night almost every day, simply by following these "steps".

Don't worry about it, be confident that it will come back and avoid any kind of stress.

Recall is a strange thing, this happened to me as well though. As said above, just be confident. But there are many things that will affect recall. I am sure it will be better than ever in no time. Keep a dream journal all the time, also it helps ALOT if you stay in a regular sleep schedule!

If you really are struggling with recall though, have you tried b6, autosuggestion, waking up a little earlier than normal or waking up at 90 minute intervals in the night? Just read the dream recall section, or guide in the tutorials section if you believe you are struggling with recall.

Like I said, this is almost exactly what happened to me! Do not worry, it will come back, thats just how dream recall is.
