      Smile help

      i was relaxing last night and tryed this thing i herd while ur in bed u amagen urself falling into ur bed i got very relaxed and my hands and feet went heavy then my ribs felt like they were crushing my back so i turned onto my side i felt ok then i couldent feel my fingers on my head i only seen that my hand was on my head coz my hand sliped of my face and it shocked me then i fell to sleep does any1 no wat was happing to me coz it wasernt normal.

      Sounds like SP, which is quite normal. It did take me a few tries to understand what you were trying to say... it might help if you wrote a little more clearly (good spelling, grammar, punctuation). How old are ya, btw?

      haha seriously that post was horrible bro.
      i tried that technique once and didn't get very far at all, I don't ever try to WILD anymore because i always fall asleep really quickly.

      i dont really know what happened to you because i can't really understand what you were saying, i think you were saying something about your hand on your face?
