      Making non-lucid dreams more vivid?

What do you recommend? I of course enjoy lucid dreams, but I like a good ol' dream where I think it's real. I don't mind if they're scary or anything, I just think the best dream is a vivid dream. I would love some techniques to help me make them more vivid without using regular LD techniques.

      Thanks ^^

I think B6 is good for dream vividness. Eat a two bananas or so before going to bed. Or if you want, take some supplements. I think there's something in the tutorial section.

There you go, the tutorial I just mentioned.

Apparently peanut butter does. I'm slightly skeptical of its inherent capacity to do such, however. I've used it once and there has been a mild increase in vividness and vivacity hitherto. Nonetheless, I'm testing it each night for a week to discern if this is the cause.
