Is there such thing as a WILD + DILD technique?

I find this quite strange, I don't know if it's been actually discussed on this forum but:

I've had a couple of DILDs when I sleep for 6 hours and then wake up for about 1-2 hours and I don't intend for a lucid dream at all (I wake up naturally).

And also, I have DILDs with sleep deprivation...

      Is that normal? XD

Sorry if it's a really stupid question, but I guess the stupidest question is the one that is unasked?
      DILDs - 1 (with control ^-^)
      WILDs - 3 (All without control. T_T)
      Lucid Dreaming Goals :
      - To have a LD lasting more than 10 seconds
      - To get epic revenge on people I hate.
      - (Skydiving?) off Mount Everest.

Sounds normal: Stephen Laberge, the expert, says that an hour of wakefulness before a lucid dream attempt can increase the chance of a lucid dream by tenfold.

Sleep deprivation causes REM rebound with probably means more dreams, with earlier onset; more chance to lucid dream.
