dying in sleep?

Has anyone ever thought that maybe when people die during their sleep it's because they got scared of a nightmare (IE old people) and got a heart attack? just a theory.. tell me what you think

Lol, you find old people scary? Or old people normally die from a nightmare? I doubt that though, people die in their sleep all the time, in their dreams I mean. Happens all the time apparently, but if it did happen in a none lucid, it probably would mean you died, but that's only if you actuallly did die. Oh, but from a Heart Attack? I'm sure that's possible, but your dream would need to be pretty scary and hardcore in order for that to happen. But then again I'm sure it would just work in the same way as trying to tickle yourself, other people can do it, but you can't do it yourself without special technique. Thing is, other people can't give you a dream basically, unless someone goes through all the trouble to use telepathy to get you with a killing dream, then it would be classed as telepathic murder.
