Question Not sure what this is :|

I'm not even sure if this is a dream, but it feels so real.
This actually happened like four times, The last time was about a month ago.
I go to bed, just normally, lying there, thinking wandering thoughts and I don't know, everything blacks out and I see through my eyes, and everything seems normal. It's as though I'm awake, I even feel awake. But my body begins to bubble, I feel it, but I can't move, and I'm looking down, trying to see it, but I can't because my quilt is blocking my view. I wasn't scared or anything, but I remember thinking "Oh, I'm turning into a dude" which is stupid lmfao. It was the weirdest feeling I've ever felt, my skin was boiling, but it didn't hurt.
After I woke up is when I became afraid, I don't know why.

The time before that my skin wasn't boiling, but something else happened, and It was extremely painful. I had laid on the opposite side of my bed for that night for some reason, same thing happened as above, yet my bottom jaw felt like it was being crushed to the right, like being pulled, It was cracking. I was trying to move but I couldn't, and I was scared to death. I'm not sure whether I woke up or not after that...
Anybody have this or something similar happen to them before? I was thinking It was some type of SP? I didn't know what sleep paralysis was when this happened.

I've had something vaguely similar happen once or twice, but not enough to take much note of it. On one occasion, as I dozed (half conscious, half asleep) on the couch, it suddenly felt like my heart was "struggling" to beat. It felt very sluggish. Didn't hurt or anything, but it was rather unnerving. It faded, then returned, then faded a few times before returning to normal, at which I awoke. There might have also been a sensation of something tugging on my heart, though I'm not sure, maybe I'm confusing that with the next instance.

I can't remember the specifics of the second time but either it felt like something was pulling my arm or pulling on my heart as if to take it from my chest. Either way, it didn't hurt, but there was that "pulling" feeling, and again I had to struggle against it and then fight my way awake. I wrote of this in my dream journal but I can't recall the date to look it up at the moment.

I can't say for certain what my case or yours is; I just know that your post reminded me of that.

Definitely SP . . . with some unusual sensations.
