i think to truly answer this question you would have to do a study on a group of people over several years.it is an interesting concept but i think your mind would just create new things to think about. |

I just wanted to ask what happens with your dreams if you stop to have contact with other people, because I recognized that I only dream of people that I had contact with in the past weeks. I think it's possible that at first one would dream about the past and the last people that one saw, but what happens then? Is the mind going to start a "imaginary" dream environment with more new stuff to have something to work on, or would it get calmer every night? I also thought about some kind of Buddhist way, where the dreams are starting to concentrate on the inner problems, maybe where it talks to itself = lucid dreaming. |

Strange that this wasn't tested before, because ones mind had to create stuff that comes from the own thoughts and that would lead into a circle of decreasing input from outside, at the same time I don't think that this would make one stupid... so I'm really curious what would happen. |

meh, idk, i just know if people are left without human contact they absorb everything else around them.there was this show on about abandoned children who acted like the animals they grew up around/with.there was a girl in the city who lived with dogs and she crawled around and barked and stuff because she thought she was a dog. |
