      Sounds That Cause Dreaming

      Aside from Binaural Beats Are there any other sounds or music that could perhaps induce dreaming? (Not particularly lucid) Maybe induce is the wrong word rather help the process along

      Hmmm. I really only think that binaural beats could do that. The only other thing close to that would be self-hypnosis.
