      Laberge's book

      1) What is the full name of this book?
      2) Is this book understandable for a normal person with no special education?
      3) Do you think reading this book before you go to sleep can help you become lucid? (they say you're supposed to think about lucidity before going to sleep)
      Current projects:
      -Acquire the Aurora
      -Test galatamine, huperzine and choline
-Find smartwatch app for RC reminders at certain intervals
-Ressurect my dream log here, and become more active

      1. The book is called Exploring the world of lucid dreaming
      2. Yeah it is pretty understandable and really fun to read. This book motivated me for maybe 1 month.
      3. Maybe yess, maybe not. But if you are an experienced lucid dreamer, just reading this book doesnt have to be enough. Who knows.

I didnt know about this book. But as far as I know. EWLD is much more popular and its larger book than the book you mentioned. Most of the people i know recommend EWLD as first book you should buy if you want to start with lucid dreaming.

Its your choice, but 352 pages agains 84 from the same author would be a choice for me. Just read the reviews on this book.

Dr. Laberge's written quite a few books. As adraw said, Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming is considered the best.

I've read both books, and I say as the posters before me, EWOLD is the best book by far! I also have 3-4 more books from verious authors, but none can compare to Laberge's Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming. It's basicly the only book you need on the topic. Combine it with this forum, and you've got everything you need

I have considered reading some astral projection books even more interesting and fun. They gave me much better insight on WILD than i used to have before.
