heres something my mum told me how to do. its alittle wierd and i cant controle it as good as she can. she can get an out of body experience from it. ive only tried it a couple of times cos it takes some effort.

Anyway, you lay in your bed and relax. let your mind drift, and when you come back from thinking youll be pritty relaxed.
Then start so you can feel your toes if that makes sence, then work the sensation upwards VERY slowly. too your ancles, then to your shins. but do it as a smoother motion, work you way you. by the time you get to your waste youll be able to feel your bottom half only. keep working it up eventually when you get to you neck you can make the feeling (or energy) run up your body in pulses, tis rather strange. i the 2 times i did it i stopped here cos it made me tired lol. anyway my mum says once your whole body (and head) are consumed she can make her self drift upwards.
