      Dream is under attack

      What if your dream was under attack by monsters from a dark place? What would you do to save your dreams from the monsters and return peace back into your world of dreams?

      If you mean you're having a good dream, and monsters come in to ruin it, just ignore them. Bad things in your dreams go away if you don't pay attention to them, like a pesky fly.

      To save your dreaming, sleep program - that is control every dream you have everynight.

      Here's how...

      You know the dream is a 'kooky' place - you actually have to "make a wish" (like a kid) before you go to sleep - a very simple process, but very powerful.

      Like so....

      Say the following outloud before you go to sleep tonight:

      "I WISH TO KNOW THE TRUTH: HOW DO I STOP THE NIGHTMARES?"

      Then go to sleep,your dream tonight will give you The Truth, listen to that dream...

      I memorise mantras to Tibetan deities. Chanting them in dreams when worried helps re-establish normality.

      I'd call in these guys;

      Sorry.

      To be more serious, I'd suggest that if you are having problems with something like this, it's all about your state of mind coming in to it. There's something happening in your head that's leading to these things intruding. The good news about that, I guess, is that you can take control of this, as these things aren't actually external.

      Take some time each night before you sleep to get your head right. There's probably all sorts of things which you can do, and different people would reccomend. There's probably a relaxation technique out there for you.
