Not me, but I know what you are talking about. I often wake up with weird feelings like that, no idea where the hell I am, those kinds of things. Did you use it to get lucid?

yea, I woke up and I saw shadows moving above me, and I started to hear sort of whispers, you know those creapy ones in the movies that you don't understand but they scare the heck out of you? I felt like they were surrounding me... Quite Scary actually :\ I hate thinking about it o.O

no it didnt work to get me lucid this time, how would u use this experience exactly in getting lucid?

Witches or "old hags" are not uncommon.

To chase them away wear The Star of David made of silver to bed.

If you buy it, wash it with water first.

If you cannot get one you can trace it on your right
palm with blue or black ink not red and kiss it with your lips.

This should end them entering your dreams.

This brings back childhood memories. My hags were little monsters sitting at the walls of my room, always in a group. They were small but had claws, teeth, burning eyes and emanated an eerie light. The bad thing was, that they stayed there, even when I overcame paralysis and managed to get up from my bed. Once I asked them in a mumbled voice - I was nearly unable to speak - what they wanted. They just laughed at me with shrill voices and I stumbled out of the room.

Things have changed. After all I've seen in dreams and other states I'd probably laugh back. Maybe that's why I haven't seen them again. Once you overcome your fears, there won't be a hag anymore.

This is mostly true, whether it's on spirit planes or just in our dreams. However it does not have to be the Star of David, it could by any sigil, or object that signifies protection, well-being, or "light" to you personally. Some people use Psionic shielding, crystals, mantras, rituals, prayers, or religious symbols such as The Star of David. It all depends on each individuals beliefs.

Yeah that kind of stuff really gets to me. I usually manage to wake myself up before the creepy thing next to me does anything horrible. I remember already as a kid having dreams where I would scream, paralyzed and then a zombie would sneak up to my bed and eat me alive. Yep... issues. >.<

I was really worried about the "old hag" for a while, after watching a tv program about dreaming and reading about the phenomenon on the internet... I was scared shitless for months, haha. Eventually, though, I started sleeping with an onyx necklace... And I haven´t been scared since.
It´s probably because I´ve "programmed" my brain into believing that the onyx protects me... Erm, I don´t expect the hag to be there, and therefore she´s not. If that makes any sense.

Did you know that Nachtalb or Mahr is the original name for that phenomenom.

Those paintings make me think of the whole incubus/succubus myth...

I had 1 of those last night and 1 a while back unintentionally. I FUCKING HATE IT. I wish I could move, I'd look that hag straight in the eye and choke that bitch!

Is there any way to reduce the chances of having another of those? The sheer fear I experience when I have to go through those agonizing 15 seconds is enough to quit LDing
