Every time I get a wet dream it's in the morning during my rem sleep. This is not good because I have to get up 30 minutes later (sometimes less) I try to stop myself in dreams, sort of lucid, but it's too late outside my dream. This is annoying because I don't want to wake up having to change my boxers even though I put clean ones on that night. Not to mention it kind of stinks.. |

Heres a tip, try being tired. If you get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, naps are almost useless to your body, it rejects the sleep. But if we cut that sleep down to 5-6 hours, then you need a comfortable couch, pillows and blanket if you want. Then you might catch some Z's. |
