Thread: Imagination and Dreaming as a kid

I don't know if anyone has posted this, i haven't really looked around too much, so if it is, please lock and delete this thread, but i have an interesting thought and want to see if other people had this experience.
Two things, when you were a kid, did you tend to remember your dreams better, or be in control of them?
I, myself, found myself to be able to control my dreams very well. Like, I would have this thing, blinking my eyes, to get out of any dream that i wanted to. It almost always worked except for one time i can recall and i actually was pretty freaked out about it. Anyway, i want people's answer to this question. Here is the second:
Also, when you were a kid, were you able to imagine things out of thin air better? EX: When i was a kid and was in a dark room, i was able to conjure up all of these images. Like, if i were sleeping in my parents room which had a shower visible, i would always be able to see some purple lady in there or something. Or, if i was in the dark, i would see human-like, walking things. Looked kind of like scribbles walking i suppose. Or, even more so, when i looked at my door, i was able to see a blue hand behind it all the time on the doorknob. Various examples, but, did other people have this same experience? ALSO, if you have had it, do you want it back? haha, and if so, are you trying to or if you did, how?
