      Wet Dreams ( heh )

      Every time I get a wet dream it's in the morning during my rem sleep. This is not good because I have to get up 30 minutes later (sometimes less) I try to stop myself in dreams, sort of lucid, but it's too late outside my dream. This is annoying because I don't want to wake up having to change my boxers even though I put clean ones on that night. Not to mention it kind of stinks..


      Is there any sure proof way to stop those or induce them earlier in the night ?

      Off topic but I Have another question and don't want to use make another thread.

      Anyone know how I can fall asleep in naps? I just sort of get into a deep relaxation and can snap myself out of it in a heartbeat. I am completely aware. It's just like I am meditating sort of.

      I thought you were trying to get into a semi-sleep, to be able to be like a
      to snap yourself self out of it in a heartbeat <- as you put it.

      Some people are able to fall asleep the moment they close there eyes, while others may take restless hours. Some with simple visualizing techniques, sometimes can distract the mind to fall asleep <- those who have trouble falling asleep fast sometimes find visualizing techniques difficult, as they may be nervous, on edge to try too hard, and be awake all night thinking about it the first time they try.

      Heres a tip, try being tired. If you get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, naps are almost useless to your body, it rejects the sleep. But if we cut that sleep down to 5-6 hours, then you need a comfortable couch, pillows and blanket if you want. Then you might catch some Z's.

      Oh, and don't be such a perv. It works if you don't think about sex all day long. Just get it out of your head.
      It's not the best solution, but I prefer it over masturbating. (I find that disgusting )

      Masturbation isn't this abnormal if you don't do it excessively (once a day is excessively, I think)

      Also, TLS, you are at a higher risk of getting prostate cancer (which already affects about 30% of men) than the men who do masturbate.

      Yes, yes, I know.

      Once every five days is healthy. Good for your sperm and such

      I just don't masturbate because I don't like it. I tried like twice, but I just don't like the feeling.
