What's remote viewing?

Remote viewing is done by going into a trance and using ESP, clarevoyance, imagry (for lack of the correct term) to picture yourself in a place designated by another person, usually by coordinates (longitude and latitude.)

This was a US defense research project (called Stargate) that showed the possibilities of training sensitive people to travel by mental techniques to other locations to spy on enemies, or countries that might have secret activities, plans, weapons, etc. All espionage stuff.

But it was all done with subjects who were awake, and who controlled the entire process.
