      Taking a break affecting lucid dreaming ability?

      last time i tried to lucid dream was back in November of 2008, and September 2008 before that. Will this break make me have to start over, or will it be as easy as if i had done it the night after i quit? any suggestions on how to help?

      Until the "skill" of LDing is assimilated then it's
      finnegan begin again I'm afraid ..

      Don't worry, there aren't many of us who have it as a natural skill or even as an unconscious competence ..
