      I keep getting discourage to record my dream journal... advice needed

      I have been taking a break from lucid dreaming for a while, and I decided to start back doing it. But EVERY night I decided to record my dreams I always have a disturbing or bad dream , then after that I get discourage .


      Do you have any tips on how not to get discourage?

      Try a video dream journal. Keep a camer by your bed and record them when you wake up.

      That doesn't help you? There aren't many ways to improve your ablity to write a DJ, but a new type of DJ will work. If you were confused by my wording, I am saying that you can use a tape recorder (but because most people do not still have them, a video camera) to record your dreams and transcribe them to paper later on.

      Where is the '...' exactaly?
