      About Recording Dreams.

      1) Is it ok to record them on computer?
I made like an tables for whole month with date on top of them, date will be to the end of this month, then I will extend it. It has like Picture near it, What dream about and date as title. I hope it's ok like that to record dreams.

      2) What should I write in if I had no dream? (If it's possible offcourse because sometimes I wake up and I feel like I dont remember anything)

ABSOLUTELY. It's the only way I record them. Good old notepad.txt
Most people on this site also keep dream journals in the designated dream journal section~

Anything and everything. If you ate something before you went to sleep, write that down. Write whatever you are/were feeling when you woke up, when you went to sleep, what you were thinking about, what side you slept on, any little detail you can try. The more the better~

Also, when you're waking up, wake up slowly. Don't sit up just yet, just lay there and focus, try and physically remember any and all dreams you had the previous night. Take a good 5-10 minutes doing this, you might find yourself bringing back a lot of memories~
