      feeling your dream body and real body at the same time

      ok so this morning i woke up around 5 and just laid in bed then i had this dream and right away i knew i was dreaming but i didnt want to do anything becuase i could feel my real body also and i knew that i would wake up if i tried to do anything. then i slipped into a non lucid
