      Sleep paralysis all the time?

Ok, so lately I've been sleeping later than usual, staying up on the comp to like 1 in the morning. And most of the time, I go to sleep right after I'm done. Problem is this: I get SP every single time I do this. And it's not like within a dream or anything, it's right as I'm starting to fall asleep, I freeze, can't breathe, etc. The only way to prevent this is to listen to music while I fall asleep.
So my question is, is there a reason why I'm getting SPs before I fall asleep? And is there a way to prevent it (besides going to sleep earlier, etc)?

this sounds odd, it might be a phychological thing. Just remember that you shouldn't fear or fight the paralysis, and it shoudn't feel as bad.

Well yeah I know how it's kinda important and stuff, but the thing is when I have them it's... painful. Like there's a weird feeling in my leg that I just want to stop. Also I can't breathe fully, which also is a problem...
