Really? No one? BUMP! |

My cousin whom is a girl. Says she has recurring nightmares since she had a concussion 2 weeks ago is that possibly what caused it? She mutters in her sleep, clenches her hands and turns her head and sometimes she twitches and her eyes sometimes open they are rolled back and her eyelashes flutter then close. What do I do she doesn't want anymore nightmares?! |

Lol bump. Ok so are these nightmares or night terrors? Did your cousin remember anything about the dreams when she woke up? If she did it might be helpful to tell a few of the nightmares. They could be some post tramatic dream things if the incident in which she got a concussion was tramatic. If she can't remember the dreams and she still moves about and stuff then those are night terrors. Of course talking or murmuring in sleep usally occurs in the 4th stage of non REM sleep I believe which means you usally don't dream at that stage but still. How old is your cousin? It's common for children to have nightmare or terrors, but they usally grow out of it, did she have nightmares or terrors when she was a kid? Maybe the bump on the head made her somehow go back to those habits? |

"There are two types of people in this world, people who think there are two types of people, and people who don't."
She fell asleep in 10 minutes for an experiment her and I agreed on I talked in her ear for 10minutes and studied her sleeping and woke her up and she says she had a dream where she was laying down with a light in her face and everything else was black she heard voices. she also says she commonly has dreams about being chased , death , murder , and sometimes she is someone else |
