      Unhappy Dreams lacking substance lately..

My dreams are very washed and blurry as of late. I feel like I'm not actually seeing anything at all in them, just letting my subconscious conjure up ideas and scenarios.. and illustrating them when conscious/trying to recall.

Is this normal? I miss the vividness

      My bad, never replied.
Ok, if you still have this problem, remember that your dreams illustrate experiences from your every day life, so maybe you should "put more vividness" to your subconscious, try watching exiting movies, playing really vivid video games, reading extraordinary, epic books, or even imagine crazy scenarios before you go to bed.

I had the same problem year ago when I had my first LD experiences. My LD were so blurry that wasn't sure if they were LD at all when I read other folks reports. I would say do not give up. You just need more time. Vividness will come later. Now after one year (with long breaks) my LD are much better, shiny and I have diificulties to to notice the difference from the reality.
Apart from I said one thing that may improve your LD: try to not keep your room pitch black when WILDing. Allow for some light from exterior.
      Hope this will help.
