      False-Awakining Paralysis Dream Thingy

Not to long ago I had a weird dream where I "woke up" in my room and was unable to move. Here is how it went.

I "woke up" with my room being completely dark. I felt thirsty and tried to get up to go get a drink only to find that every time I try to move an electric shock surges through my body and it feels like one big mussel spasm. This was the most pain I have ever experienced. After the first few attempts to move and being punished for it, I tried shouting for my little brother to help. I think I actually may have said his name in a whisper in RL because it felt exactly like RL. I "woke up" again only to find that I was still in the same state. Trying to lay still is a lot harder when your worried about being shocked and laying completely still was impossible at the time. So I was experiencing a whole body charlie horse most of the time. I "woke up" a few more times and eventually got really scared that this was never going to end. When I finally woke up (I knew I had because the T.V was on.) my whole body was fine.

I just thought I would share this and want to know if anyone has experienced something like this before or have experienced extreme pain in a dream before?

Something similar keeps happening to me. Though, I get stuck in it for many many false awakenings, one after the other. Sometimes the situation is repeated, and other times I will wake up in the same place and position but the situation has changed.

The first I had was of waking up and feeling myself nearly strangled by ...[something]... I would move to fight and would try to shout but couldn't, and after some struggle would wake up, and tell who was sleeping next to me what happened, and mid-explanation, be attacked again, wake up, explain, get choked, wake up... over and over and over...

Or more recently I would wake up in my bed and see something strange like: people moving a large air conditioner into my window, someone staring through my second story window at me (somehow I also saw I was naked even though I couldn't move,) some strange person I didn't know poking my leg and calling me 'cupcake', or the last one where I watched a disembodied kind of ghostly hand shake and move things on the desk across the room from me. All times I would try to move or say something and be totally paralyzed... The last time I was able to remind myself it was a dream (and actually had my first OOBE...? it's pretty hazy now)

I just had to remind myself to relax.

No muscle spasms though, according to my memory..
