Well you seem to have most if not all of the key points of dream recall down. I would usually write out tips, but you have what you basically need to do. If I may make a suggestion, I recommend that you actually record your dreams in a dream journal instead of a tape recorder. In fact doing both would be very good for dream recall. You can create a dream journal on Dream Views, or you can create your own in a spiral pad or some type of notebook. Also, you should create a checklist in which you ask yourself questions about things that may have appeared in your dreams. For instance " Was insert name here in my dream?" or " Was I in insert name of place here during my dream?". This checklist should be custom designed by YOU to fit YOUR dreams, so it would be smart to question about things that usually appear in your dream. If you are usually in your house in your dreams. Add "Was I in my house" to your checklist. Dreamviews has a very helpful tutorial that can be found at http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=66343 |

Reality is what you make it. Why not make it a dream?

I figured this out. I've been taking St. John's Wart which allows you continue releasing serotonin while your sleeping and it messes with your dream and sleep cycle. A lot of people who take SJ'sW or other similar drugs have problems with insomnia and such. SO, I'm going to take a break away from the stuff and see what happens... Even if I fall back into depression. |
