In theory, I suppose wearing something that makes you more comfortable would increase your chances of sleeping well, and therefore give you a bigger window to dream and get lucid. |

My mom has recently given my a pair of pajamas. Nothing really special. Just a pair of shorts, and a tank top. The first week I wore them, I was dreaming every single night, ranging from 2-5 dreams per night. I found that strange since I never really dreamed that often. I began having too many dreams, and it hurt my brain for some reason. I stopped wearing them for a week, and I stopped dreaming after the 3rd day. My mom said these pajamas helped you sleep better. Any thoughts on that? I'm wondering if I wore them more often, I could have Lucid Dreams more often. I haven't had one before, so, I was just wondering if they might help, if they do in fact, help me dream more. |
