      Question Nappy time!

      Is it easier to have a lucid dream durring a nap? Stephen LaBerge said that it is but i"m not sure if he ment a WILD or just a typical LD... Does a WILD work?

      I think so. When I just started, and i had a 4 hour nap (is 4 hours classified as a nap?)
      I would become aware that I was dreaming, but then the dream would end and i would wake up. And this happened about 5 or more times in that time period.

      I happen to find afternoon naps excellent times to Lucid Dream! Whether is be WILDing or MILDing, I've had success with both!
