      Reasonable Price of A Lucid Dream Mask

      What's the reasonable price or at what price would you consider buying a lucid dream mask or lucid dream induction device, such as the NovaDreamer or RemDreamer, including features like:

      LCD display for setting various parameters;
      Both sound and visual cues;
      REM sleep detection;
      Two way communication.

      Just for reference, The Rem Dreamer, which is the only lucid dream mask I can find available online at the moment: Shop REM-Dreamer*, is sold at 147 Euros, which is 190 US dollars.

      I was also considering buying the REM Dreamer. I had just watched the movie 'Inception' last week, and it made we want to Lucid dream. I spent a couple of days researching dreaming masks, and decided that although they might work well for some, it's a bit hit & miss, and so concluded that it's probably not worth spending £120 on. But I'm still tempted...

      I had the money to blow, so I bought the REM Dreamer and had no luck because it would never stay on my face. My friend has spent the night twice and used it. Both times he was in a dream and it went off and he woke up because the sound went off even though it was on silent. I might just end up selling it. I would suggest trying to wear a regular sleep mask to see if it stays on all night or if you knock it off.

      Why buy into lucid dreaming, when you can learn on your own free of charge! plus all of them seemed outrageously overpriced, everything you need to lucid dream is in this forum!
