I have a CD with a few tracks on it. It starts with a mp3 I picked up from someone on these forums, just a series of low hz isochronic beats. It lasts about 8 minutes.
Then I have about an hours worth of youtube clips on binaural beats, using the frequencies of 174, 396, 528, 639, 741, 852, 936. Each frequency getting about 9 minutes, in ascending hz order. I play these on my headphones to lull me to sleep. Is this the recommended way?

I've been doing it the last few nights and for the first time in months I can somewhat remember my dreams. Can someone tell me the standard use of binaural/monaural/isochronic beats, and how to utilize them? Thanks!
