      Dream recall help??

I need some help here, some days my dream recall is horrible, (i cannot even remember fragments of my dream until later on in the day, which may be hours) or i remember like two or three dreams.

can someone tell me how i can regulate my dream recall or make it more balanced?

I can make a suggestion because I found out by complete accident the last 2 days it has worked for me. It's more or less the WBTB technique, wake up about 2 hours before you normally would, stay up for about 15 mins then go back to bed. It has made a huge difference in my recall, being able to catch that last REM cycle after being awake for a bit.
      Things to do 2012/13:
Write dreams in my journal every day [ ] Practice reality checks as often as possible [ ] Start having lucid dreams again [ ] Try to create a continuous dream world i.e. each lucid picks up from where the last left off - could be fun.. or impossible [ ]
