i've been taking melatonin about an hour before bed for about the last week. it's kicked my dream recall into super ultra awesome gear. also more vivid. i've been wondering if there are any adverse health affects or anything like that.

it doesn't really make me sleepy it's just that when you lay down and try to go to sleep it is much easier. when i close my eyes it also seems to give me a slight case of the bed spins... placebo effect or real?

any opinions/facts about melatonin are most definetly welcome if not encouraged.
