Hello, I have some questions about the multivitamin I take, I usually take it about midday. Can i take it before bed? or will it keep me up? The vitamin is called Mens health formula One Daily multivitamin. PLease respond I'm hoping to know before the end of the night so when i go to sleep i can Know whether to take it or not
