Thats kinda strange, I had mine removed a few months ago and didn't notice anything like that. The sedative they gave me was awsome lol.

it might be a side effect of the drugs they used.

I agree with Meepkin, although I'm not sure whether it could have lasted a full week.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

      Hmm. Quite strange thing.

Hmm, on another matter I haven't had my wisdom teeth taken out. I actually have 3 of them come out and being in place. Both upper jaw ones and one on of my lower ones. I don't see the necessity of taking them out as it gives me no troubles and there seems to ample space.
Though I see there might be some trouble if the last one peeks out. There isn't as much space down in that corner where the last one should come up from.

But having the teeth pulled out giving more and vivid dreams is quite peculiar.

There really isn't a connection. It's a coincidence. You had a lucky breakthrough of a string of lucidity. I'm sure you would have attributed it to anything that happened immediately before (12 sneezes, going to a fortune teller, getting a flu shot, etc.)

I have recently got my wisdom teeth out... And I wish it made my dreams more vivid. If anything it made them worse. Taking drugs made me pass out faster into a heavier sleep.
