Thread: What would you call this? <><><><><><>

I woke up up at around 8 and went back to sleep, i let my mind wander and I resume a dream that ive been having up until i woke up which was about CVS, I resumed what I was doing and realized I was dreaming.. due to a dream sign or more awareness I don't know....... When I was falling asleep I just laid there and let my mind do the rest, tried imagining the store again. and then later Im dreaming and became lucid.... the dream was very peculiar it started off with no more than a train of thought as I lay there and then became a dream that I could feel my sleeping body then became a really realistic dream and I did all sorts of things (Still LUCID)

it lasted around 30 min

Then the next day I tried to do it i did fell asleep when i woke up i remember scattered fragments but i didn't become lucid.


Would you necessarily call this a DEILD or a WILD? and anyone have any tips/advice how I could do this next time successfully and have you experienced/done this?
