      How does it really feel?

Hi, this is my first time here and I'm really interested in this lucid dreaming stuff. Yesterday, I had a really pleasant dream but it ended at the best part. Well, they all do. What a cuss, I know. It just felt so real so I started searching stuff about why do my dream ended at the best part. Apparently, I came up with handful of nothing. I've heard about this lucid dreaming before but since I'm not a regular dream recaller I never thought how exciting this all would be and I just dumped the idea for later. And..well here I am again. I just want to know how does it really feel? And can you recall your dreams every morning? How to begin?

Lucid dreams feel like you are awake, almost identical to real life. The really vivid dreams you have that see almost life like are a step down from the reality of a lucid dream.

Start by recording your dreams RIGHT as you wake up, preferably before you even get out of bed. This will help you start remember multiple dreams a night. Then just become more aware of your surroundings in daily life and before you know it, you'll have a lucid dream!

Well, I tried to recall my dream today but nothing. Not even a slightest detail.

I have this book called "Dream Dictionary for dummies" it states that you got to have the intention of remembering your dreams before going to bed, which you probaly have.
It also states that If you can't recall any dream you should at least right down how you felt when you woke up (sad, happy, confused?) this way your brain will know that you are serious about remembering dreams, and it won't think you are screaming "wolf" xP

      Hope I helped
