      Lucid nightmare help??

      So here's the deal, guys.
I've read something about lucid nightmares yesterday and for some reason it's stuck in my head. I worry about it before I go to sleep and I'm scared that the worrying will trigger one.
The particular thing I'm scared of is something an other site called "The Hag". That you feel paralized and that it feels like something evil is near you or hear footsteps r other weird sounds.
I've been keeping a dream log for 6 nights now, and I can clearl remember 4 out of 6 nights. 1 morning I woke up with the tune of Funky Monks is my head, I don't one if that counts too. But I haven experienced a nighmare in a long time.
I've never had a lucid nightmare (as far as I can remember) so... Is It likely to happen to me because it keeps going around in my head, or is the chance very small because I've never had anything familliar to it?

      Thanks.
PS: any spelling mistakes are probably bcause I'm on my bed posting this with my cellphone. Excuse me for that.

Just forget all about lucid nightmares, nightmares in general, or scary things. I've been having lucid dreams on and off for a while, but I've never had a lucid nightmare, nor have I had a nightmare in years. Scary things only happen in my dreams when I start to think or worry about scary things happening. If you're thinking about it all the time, it's probably more likely to happen, so I guess my advice would be to just not think about it at all. "The only thing to fear is fear itself."

Isn't "the hag" more related to sleep paralysis? If so: Don't worry about it. The thing about dreams is that you fuel them. If you don't want to experience these nightmares or visions simply put them outta your head and quit worrying about them and they won't happen ^_^
As children we believe anything is possible. As adults, we need to remember it.

That's the problem. When I try to get some sleep I worry about it, and because I worry, I'm afraid I'll have one that night.
It's a paradox: I worry about it because I worry about it.
