Thread: I Never Dream

I never dream so does this mean I can't LD aswell? (unless I just never remember the dream).

I havent LDed once, whenever I try I am too hyped about it and get excited(lol)
any suggestions to help me have my first lucid dream?

You do dream, you just don't remember them. You have to work on recall before you can try lucid dreaming. The first steps are always lots of sleep, and having a dream journal. There should be a tutorial around here.

At something like the beginning of the year, I was utterly convinced I never had dreams at all. Now, 3 months into keeping a dream journal, I remember several each night. Trust me, just start a journal and it won't take long for you to start remembering again.

Yes start a Dream Journal, to start just go to sleep telling yourself you will remember your dreams, and when you wake up write them down! this will get you started, for me. after my first night remembering only one dream, I remembered seven. Good Luck!

hmm you can also set your alarm to go off in the middle of the night

ive had a hard time recalling my dreams this weekend, but tonight I fell asleep on the floor and woke up randomly at 4 in the morning, right when I was about to slam a car door on someones arm in my dream.

so if your alarm goes off during your rem sleep and interrupts your dream. you can usually remember it
