Help concentrating on lucid dreaming

Ok hey guys i am very interested in lucid dreaming but i am having a hard time concentrating.. during the day i have school and having all my classes on my mind makes me forget completely about lucid dreaming and when i am going to bed at night i try and think about my intention to have a LD but my mind drifts away thinking about other things.. do u guys have any tips on how i can concentrate more??

I do that. I will lay down, putting LD thoughts in my head to only drift away and start thinking about random stuff. I just keep trying to clear my head. Im sure it gets easier down the road.

Well, maybe a device of some sort might help you. There is a technique where you set an alarm to go of, like every hour or something, and when i goes off, instead of beginning to move, you lay still, and try to fall asleep. There is more to the technique, but i dont feel like covering it here, look into the tutorial section. Also if you forgot that you want to LD all together, i have a tip too. I used to forgte about LD'ing too, because of school and everything. So i set my cellphone alarm to go every hour so that i was reminded of LD'ing.
