      dream guide

      I knwo a bit about them that they are manifestations of a persons subconsious and stuff but i want to hear what people have used them for? to help you in a dream or something or is there something useful they can be used for? or what?

      I have never spoken to my dream guide personally, but I have noticed that my lucid dreams contain quite a bit of information I have used to learn more about myself. It is amazing how helpful this window into the subconsious can be.

      Don't worry too much about having an actual conversation with a dream guide, but try to focus and gather as much information from the contents and contexts of your dreams. You will be suprised
      you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
