      How to improve vividness?

      Does the vividness of non-lucid dreams improve your chances to become lucid? In other words, are you more likely to have a DILD if the dream starts out vivid? This makes sense to me, but I'm curious what others think. To me, the more vivid the dream, the mose likely I am to be critical and aware of the details that are dream-like.

      But I feel my vividness isn't very strong, especially lately. My recall and journal entires lack detail. So, if the above is true, how might one improve vividness so that they can also improve the frequency of becoming lucid?
      I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
