      How do I remeber to reality check IRL?

      Also, how do I change my profile picture to a pic on microsoft word? I tried making the pic smaller too but it said "Invalid File."

      Uh, The reality check thing is easy. Write RC on your wrist with a marker, worked great for me when i was starting.

      Word is not a picture editing tool, use Photoshop or GIMP
