So i havent tried to lucid in awhile, and this morning i woke up and took a shower, was tired so i set my alarm clock for 6 and went back to sleep. Next thing i know, its about 5:57 and i try to open my eyes, i hear voices though, i fight to scan my room, i see nothing, just some computers i left on. I cant move my body, so i close my eyes one more time, because i remember SP, but when i tried to get out of it to shut my alarm and get up to go to school, I cant! I started wigging out, i couldn't move anything and i kind of had to get up lol. How come it happens on accident more than i can get it to happen on purpose? And how do you get out of it, because an uncontrolled one kind of makes me panicky. |

It's said to focus on your fingers and toes, try to wiggle them and keep calm. But honestly for me I just screamed and shocked outta it. Probably not healthy but it worked xD |
