Eh, I'm confused on how you worded it. Anyway you could tell it to more in more simple way? |

I have not sleep very well the whole month and I would wake up every 30 minutes but last night I had the most vivid LD ever. Transition to lucid was some sensation that would wake me up so that was a trigger. I ran toward a wall and flew hundreds of meters into the air, and started falling... Usually I would feel the adrenaline now I wake up but everything went black and I transitioned in another extreme vivid lucid dream. Do you know the feeling when you firmly close your eyes and you can even hear the sound of your extraocular eye-muscles contracting? And the blackness filling vision as when you suddenly stand up when on low blood pressure? That was the transition feeling! Like passing out in a dream. I guess the eye tension was real since those muscles are not paralyzed during sleep. |

I think he means he used falling as a transition to another LD. Potentially traumatic scenarios, situations that end in an uncertain result, etc often act as transitions or end a dream. |
