something big going to happen

This is going to be a bit off topic but I think it will slide. This will be a place for gathering information on whats going to happen. What I am talking about here can be described as the apocalypse, spiritual rebirth, etc... that so many seem to be feeling and/or experiencing. Dreams are very much welcome here. #1 Last night i had a dream about a bridge i was crossing. The bridge was in the shape of an arch (which means something to me?) and instead of a smooth solid suface it had bands or steps of this fabric like material that was really strong. The steps were spaced far apart though and if i fell it pretty much meant death. but i climbed over and was succesful and i remember thinkning this is an island called patmos or the other island i came from maybe (i know this island from the bible). well anyways when i got to the other side there was a huge serpent (snake). It was kind of pretty but also it seemed repulsive. Anyways the serpent went after someone else who was with me and i tried to stop it and it bit me. but not very good and i didnt get any poisen in me. Then i snuck up on it and grabbed its "neck" strangling it but not killing it cause i felt it wanted mercy. so i did this as more like a punishment than any thing but it still came for me again but i woke up cause the telephone. Im kind of thinking this serpent was satanbut i do not know if it was the real satan or something created by my mind. im leaning toward the latter. Satan came to me a few weeks ago in my room when i was sleeping and was just trying to scare me. To get him away i just prayed to god. later i found out that no evil can reside in a place of prayer. Look at the holy scriptures for evidence. The reason satan came to me i dont know for sure but it has something to do with me and what i am, will do, become, etc... Like i will do something very very big or take part in something. #2 When i was younger i used to dream about being in a swing type chair way high up. from it i could only see darkness for except about ten feet from me. While in this swing i would just sit there not swinging or anything just thinking or sometimes not even that. In this dream i was consciense (as were many of many dreams when younger) but i never really thought to do anything except for waking myself up. wall in this dream i couldnt just will myself to wake up (i would want to wake up to watch cartoons. dont ask i just knew when they were on) and would have to jump out of the swing and plummet through the darkness. to me this seemed like a thousand years in a second. Recently i told a very special friend about this (hes a judge but not an earthly judge) and he finished describing the dream after i said about the swing and me sitting in it. i asked him how he knew and he asked me if i knew who octavius is. well anyways what i found out was this. Octavius (Also called augustes) i knew from history to be the adopted son of caesar who became roman emperor. Also i remember always reading this in books and thought it strange that an adopted son should become emperor. anyways this man is still walking the earth today. i dont know how , maybe reincarnation or he has the grail or something, and he gives people dreams and i also dont know how he does that either. one more thing octavius is also a judge and in heaven he is laughed at because he thinks you have to sin to enjoy life. #3 I believe something is going to happen to the pope-death maybe (he is already haaving failing health)-. Then something bad is going to happen-this might be a new pope that is evil-. I think this has something to do with may 15. I will post how i know this after and if it comes true. #4 has anyone noticed the robins lately? There seems to be a lot of them and they get really close to me but never let me touch them. Ive been told by my friend (the judge) that they are holy. I think they mean something is coming or about to happen. Theres something about animals thats mysterious. especially dogs and birds. #5 i just wanted to say this: please dont get discouraged by my views and post your own (for example maybe your religion is not the same as mine) this is very important and serious to me and i need all the help i can get. I feel it too... Somewhere around here is a post about how I would constantly dream about water, well, it hasn't stopped. Floods, huge waves, rain, storms, you name it... then the whole tsunami thing happened and they stopped for a while... then came back. In those dreams I am always about to drown, or be carried away by a wave or stuff like that, but I always look away, and when I turn back around the wave is gone, the rains stops, ect.

On the day before lent i was driving with my friend and had the urge to turn and so i did. i ended up in a luthern church and the parking lot was pretty much empty. my friend said lets go but i got out of the car and went inside(i knew someone was in there like god himself was whispering in my ear or something) i asked a lady about the church and she told me to come to lent tomorrow. I had no idea it was even lent or what it was and wasnt too thrilled about celebrating the death of christ but felt compelled to go. so anyways i woke up the next morning very tired seeing as i didnt get much sleep thinking it was at 7 am. i didnt want to go and something in my head was like "so dont go" so i didnt and went back to sleep. when i woke i had a feeling like it was at 7pm so i got ready and had another urge to go get a friend and see if he wanted to go. he did and we went together. So i walk into church with my friend right and at first theres all these people and teenagers but when we go to mass its only old people and one child with black hair who lights the candles. also there is this red candle at the front (which i didnt like) and weird geometric shadows around the cross (i couldnt figure out how the shadows were there i didnt like this either) well i didnt pay much attention to these seeing as i had never been to a luthern church before. that is until my friend started seeing demons!!! he said that they were running around the cross and stuff and eventually were everywhere. also there were black balls in people too and he said he couldnt see anything but black eventually. the only thing in the room that wasnt black was me and him. he was also getting sick and almost passed out and his left eye was hurting badly. i was feeling bad like in my stomach too but not anywhere near like him. this is nothing against luthern churches and i think this was like a cult of satan and not a house of god

wizard, I believe it was jesus that said no man knows when the end will come. Though I do not believe in god I do not like the idea of the end. I dont like the idea because a world in fire burning to ash makes god out to be the devil himself, god supposedly knows all and knows the future so he willingly created the flaws of man (a flawed design) and knew that he would one day have to destroy the evil on this earth. It sounds to me almost like god enjoys bringing chaos to man. Its kind of like making a sandcastle with the thought of destroying it for fun. Just another evil god thats what most people make the end of the world out to be even if that was not their intention.

We have three bird feeders outside our window, one for the gold finches, another for the bigger birds, like the woodpeckers, and another for the other birds like house finchces/nuthatches/etc. Anyway we usually get tons of birds at our feeders everyday. It is just odd that I read your post right now because my mom just came downstairs to where I am sitting and said "The birds are being very skittish today...I wonder what is wrong?". I put alot into the intuition of animals...I wonder what they are feeling. Sychnronicity.

when people talk about these prophecies and things that are going to happen, apocalypses etc, I can only argue with one thing. Just remember, nothing is set in motion, no future is for sure, god is always changing. There is only and only what we create, as a populus, and as ourselves. Think of a the universe and our lives like a cd-rom, all the possibilities are already on this disk. Infinite amounts of possibilites, now all we have to do is choose which one. Maybe the apocapylse is on the cd but we, as humans, as a group, have the ability to create the most glorious earth for all of us to share, but we are hindered by our creative thought and by our fear. We become pessimistic about the future, fear enters our minds. We contemplate and worry about things like nuclear holocausts and apolcalypses. We have to choose to create the most magnificent reality for ourselves, by our thought word and deed and play it out everyday. We can shift the conciousness of man. When so many people focus on the apocalypse their energy only resonates for the human race a dark future, but just think if all the people in the world, meditated for only 20 minutes, at one time, on peace, food and health. All the people in the world focusing their powerful creative energy on on those great great things. How much we could change the world for the better! No reality is for sure, nothing is set in motion. When a true psychic makes a prediction he or she can only see one possibility on the cd-rom of the many that there are, and a true psychic would know that any reality can be chosen.

why is everyone assuming im talking about THE actual apocylypse? when did i ever use the word rapture? has the moon turned red and i didnt notice? look all i said was i think something big is going to happen. keyword-THINK!!!! which means not sure. but anyways alot of people seem to be experiencing things in relationship to this. Wizard, I can understand your frustration, but be the better person here. There will always be people that hit a nerve with you, its just something we all have to deal with. State your opinion and let it be that, if someone crosses you, its ok because its another opinion to hear. Personally, I feel there are younger people within this forum with clouded thoughts and a passion to strike an enemy, I would know, I was one of them many years ago. IMO the 'something big' has already started. Many prophecies have said the end of life as we know it would happen on/around/in the beginning of the third millennium. Well we're right at the dawn of the third millennium and already governments have started to lose control, the economies of the world have been massively shaken and society has begun to change forever. I'm not talking about an apocalypse or a massive disaster or anything like that, the key phrase for me is ‘as we know it’ - and this brand new means of communication that we're using right now seems to be the first stage of the end of the old ways. The old ways consisted largely of the richest and most powerful people telling the most convincing lies to get more power and money, but it's getting harder and harder for them to operate like that. Entertainment, communication, commerce, employment, travel, marketing, news and media distribution, and a lot more, have all changed forever - and all for the better if you asked me. No-one could have predicted the effects of these changes with any degree of certainty, just as no-one can say what will happen in the coming years, but this means of communication is still developing at a staggering rate, so the changes to our brand new global culture look set to continue too.

Wizard, I completely understand what you posted about. I know you aren't talking about "the apocolypse, etc." but just that you feel that something big is going to happen. Maybe it will? People should learn to listen more to their intuitions. And if you see the animals panicking or acting strangely (as I have observed in the past 2 days) you know that SOMETHING might be up...but who can tell what?? Maybe your going to find the person your goin to marry soon, thats big. Unless your already married. Maybe all the communication your talking about will keep getting better untill we are all connected, and everyone gets to know each other and they want to help each other, and share stuff, then we have world peace. Never having another war would be a huge change.

I remember a thread like this, except it was about 2004 having something big happening, and it was along the same lines "I feel something's gonna happen, etc etc". Well, nothing did. Sadly, this is the point where everybody looks over the year and picks out something big like the "tsunami", but really, you can always say something big is going to happen over the next 365 days, because so much happens you truly can't lose on that prediction. whatever. Yea you have a point, something always happen. It just depends on what you consider "big". I could go back and pick something big that happened for every year for the last 20. That doesn't really mean anything though.
