      Folding hands

      So last night I managed to DILD followed with some
      WILDs. -pretty happy bout that.
      anyways, during my first LD when I looked at my hands they folded in on themselves. I could only see about 1/5th for each of them. so I started to focus on my breathing, calm down, and they started to appear, and just about when they were 100% visible, I tried to force it, and I woke up.
      After this all my dreams I was conciois, but I'd wake up almost immediately once I'd realized I was lucid.

      any tips for this?

      Yeah I find whenever I try to force anything in a dream it never works, if you want something you have to believe it with every fiber of your being (something I am yet to do) as for extending the Lucid Dreams, basically it comes with practise and using techniques such as rubbing your hands and spinning around that focus your energys into your dream self rather than your real body.

      Yeah, as inphinity said, try not forcing it, try doing in a calm way.
