      WILD'ed? Feedback please!

Last night i only got a few hours sleep and during the day i was still a bit tired so i decided to take a nap. While asleep i suddenly became aware and i could hear the football game on TV from the other room. I tried to get up, and i felt this energy move(dreambody?)..and then i was in SP. I had the pressure thingie on my chest, i couldnt move at all, and i told myself 'I am dreaming' and i felt lucidity kicking in, and at the same time the pressure on my chest got harder and harder, it felt like i was gonna explode from the inside if i didnt adjust by holding my breath..
After that i told myself to remain calm and i relaxed, and shortly after i woke up..

      Was that a WILD?
What should i have done to enter a dream?

Yes it sounds like somewhere between transition and WILD, you might have accidentally become too conscious in trying to remain calm, well done on the rest though
