      Sleep Paralysis Nightmare

Well Last night I had a very strange and quite scary experience, Well basically I was in a dream and I was fighting in a wwII style battle it was kind of fun, but everyone was dying really easily so I'm like this has to be a dream, suddenley I fall through the floor and I have a false awakening, in a bedroom (not my own) but I am for some reason in sleep paraylsis and an image of a soldier with a gun pointed at me is rapidly flashing in front of me, I can hear my sister downstairs making breckfast and I am shitting myself trying to scream. I suddenley wake up covered in sweat and my heart beating at a million times a second, I feel really scared but I eventually fall back to sleep. Then in another dream I realise im dreaming and the same thing happens again except im in my room and a blue light is flashing on my vision I start to wrench myself up and my whole room starts warping and folding in on itself I then sit up and everything is back to normal and I wake up. Not as scared as the first time but confused like anything, the rest of the night I have normal non lucid dreams.
I would just like to know if anyone has had a similar experience or could try to explain to me what in God's name happened because I dont normally get nightmares and never a nightmare about sleep paraylsis and if I do get them I almost always can realise im dreaming and turn it back into a pleasant dream, but this time it felt so real, I felt so powerless...
note - whenever I had a false awakening I was not lucid, I thought I really had woken up in sleep paraylsis.

I think I've experienced something similar where I was lying in bed and sleep paralysis kicked in but instead of falling asleep, I reached that midway point where you're semi-conscious. I could hear my mom in the kitchen and then I (thought I) heard a voice talking to me. I tried to get out of bed but I couldn't move so I just laid there sh*tting out my spleen in fright. This was before I found out about lucids, sleep paralysis, etc so I spent the next few weeks thinking it was a ghost.

Yeah, that is normal sleep paralysis but I got it in a dream, like my astral body was paralised, it was really strange
