8) From the things I've read it is supposed to improve over time if you keep up the journal. Also I read about things like doing things differently than you normally do during the day. If you like rock but don't care for country or jazz then try changing some habits during the day by listening to jazz. I am not experienced in this but am still experimenting with things I’ve read. Different methods work better for different people. We all have similarities but also differences. Experiment and don't give up. I think allot of people go threw dry spells at times. That’s where patience comes in handy. I am going threw a battle with giving up sleeping pills. Wile kicking or trying to kick that habit my recall has been none. But it will change Forget the part about changing habits because I just remembered. It applies to helping you dream Lucidly. |
