      meditation

So i've been maditating for a few years now and maybe about two months ago i was finally able to achieve a state of oneness. since then i've been meditating every night and reaching this oneness feeling and i'm curious to see if anybody else 1) even knows what i'm talking about 2) reached oneness 3) has this improved your lucid dreaming and 4) should it improve lucid dreaming?

Realizing the potential they have, they select their paths which weave in and out to make the good and the bad, the pure and the corrupt...

Well I have attempted Mediatation before it did feel very good but lifes been to busy to lucid dream let along meditate so I had to stop . I have read somewhere that the sense of self awareness you gain from meditation can be beneficial in regards to Lucid Dreaming, because lucid dreaming is of course being aware in a dream

Meditation should improve lucid dreaming simply because it increases awareness. But I advise that you should do a little more research about meditation and lucid dreaming. See what other people have gained and learned.

I reached oneness through salvia. I meditate almost everyday, but I have never got deep enough to get close to oneness. chakra meditations is what I mainly do. I clear my mind by listening to my breath for awhile (or counting my breaths if my mind is going crazy) then I focus my energy on all the chakras... red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, then when I get to white at the crown I let white light energy flow through me backwards from the top down focusing it on areas that seem tense/out of balance especially.
Also I can't say it helps with lucids other than when I feel more balanced, my deaming is generaly better
Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake
